Fiber is Alphabet: Beyond Craft, Becoming Art is a hypothetical exhibition featuring artists who interpreted textile and fiber with their unique idea and expanded the traditional notion of textile art. This exhibition explores how textile and fiber media have been redefined into a new way of art beyond tradition, stereotypes, and practical usage. The design of the exhibition and catalog re-imagined the traditional weaving mechanism into a visual voice. The vertically stacked graphic shapes mimic how the loom moves and interweaves the thread.
